Inspired by Mama Mia...The European Lifestyle

Week 2: Watch my Diet!

Ok so apparently they eat much differently then we do at and different times. They start out breakfast with lots of fruit, meat, cheese, and whole wheat bread. I accept all but the meat (flexy over here)! During our Lunch (about 2-4pm) they have their big dinner. This is where they go all out. If they eat again it is a lite meal like a salad, fruit, bread, or cheese. Turns out Europeans don't traditionally snack as much as we Americans do. So this week I have been trying out this European eating style and I will say as a result I have lost a few pounds! By eating a big dinner at 3pm I have class right after so I don't go to sleep and transfer that food into fat. Turns out they don't have much dessert either..AHHHH! By my more healthy lifestyle (working out included) it seems that the European lifestyle might have something to it! I look forward to continuing.....

Inspired by Mama Mia...The European Lifestyle

Watching this movie I have found that living the American lifestyle is seriously stressing me out and I'm a bit unhappy. I also find that I am stressing a lot more than I ever should, I've gained at least 10 pounds and the eating is all stress related. I now know the cause of my recent gain and I am happy to say that I will find a constructive way around it. I have briefly done research and it's found the the European Lifestyle is more relaxed and less stressed. Over the next few days I will be telling you how I will be improving my life through a new type of lifestyle! Wish me luck, I know something good will become of this. I can feel it already I'm so excited!! Maybe one day I can visit Europe and truly enjoy the lifestyle. Anyway....
Day 1: Be Fit!

This is something that most of us would have to work on. Face it the typical American lifestyle is sedentary to the max. No wonder our country is filled with obesity, even starting from a younger age now! Simply unbelievable because as a child I was constantly outside playing, but sadly technology has me inside watching tv or using my laptop. Disgusting!! Europeans don't ever seem to work out because they constantly bike or walk to their destinations. They say that even walking for just 30 minutes daily is a good start towards a fresh new life and perspective!

Promises..Learn to Keep Them...

Hello Lovlies,
Ok, so my latest video is actually me finally giving my friend what I had promised months ago. I had promised her a makeup look that I had done on my birthday. She begged me to do so and i obliged, but then I put it off. The longer I put it off the more I forgot about it. Then as I was coming home from school I remembered the promise I had made to my old friend. Needless to say I got right to it and I recorded my video for her. I even titled it for her so when she sees it she will be shocked. Learn from my mistake:
1. Stay true to your promises
2. Do not put off what you promised, do it immediately!
3. Remember to do a little extra for this person because you forgot the promise if you did. It makes them feel really appreciated!
                                                                                                Hope I Helped!
                                                                                                        --XOXO DB

SPRING BREAK IS COMING!

Ok, finally a break from academics! I cannot wait to show you more tutorials and basically pictures of me having the time of my life. Knowledge is something that I'm learning more each day and I will also share that with you. I will probably make a video almost everyday...Or at least 5 times during spring break...after my studies of course. Unfortunately I do have a Middy (Mid-Term) the day after I return back to school. But, if I study from 8-12pm each day then I should be fine!
                      Later!
